# Cancel All sessions Life is unpredictable, and things don't always go as planned. That’s when **Cancel All Sessions** becomes your break-glass-in-case-of-emergency option, instantly ending the current session and clearing the rest of your schedule for the day. Even if you haven’t enabled [[Scheduling Sessions#Allowing a Scheduled Session to End Early|“Allow Me to End a Session,”]] you can still manually end a session using a **Cancel Credit**. But it does more than end your current session: it cancels all scheduled sessions for the rest of the day, giving you a clean slate when the unexpected hits. > [!Warning] Preferences will lock upon start of first session > Once a session starts, you cannot modify the preferences until the following day. ## Assigning the Phrase Count By default, the phrase count is set to 100 times to maximize friction.
